STAINLESS STEEL VACUUM LIFETIME WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED?
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of the initial purchase. This lifetime warranty covers degradation of thermal performance.
This warranty applies only when our products are put to normal use and cared for according to the care and use instructions applicable to the products.
This warranty applies only to products purchased from Stanley or an authorized seller.

NOT COVERED?
NOTE: We do not cover damage resulting from natural disasters or accidents, such as fires. This warranty does not apply to any non-stainless-steel part.

This warranty also does not apply to:
Fake or counterfeit products
Normal wear & tear (i.e., scratches, dents, blemishes from use)
Defects or damage resulting from (1) any failure to follow the care & use instructions, (2) accidents, (3) post-purchase modifications to the product (for example, engraving, accessories etc.), abuse, misuse, or neglect.

HOW LONG?
The warranty on our drinkware and food containers (not including lids, seals and straws) will last the life of the product.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
Stanley reserves the right to require proof of purchase or return of the defective product. At our discretion, we may ask you to verify the defect through other means, such as sending photos or videos of the product.

WHAT WILL STANLEY DO IF THE PRODUCT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY?
We will repair or replace your product, in our sole discretion, at our expense with a comparable product currently being manufactured by us. If there are no comparable products currently being manufactured, we will contact you to discuss options. Replacements do not guarantee color or finish.

If you have a product with a custom design, we are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your replacement product.

TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM:
When submitting a warranty claim, please select the option that best represent your needs and complete all fields to the best of your ability. Images are required to process your claim. Please see the image requirements below to ensure your claim is handled as quickly as possible.

Order Error – When requesting assistance with an Order Error, please include an image of the product(s) and an image of the bottom of your item for identification purposes.
Shipping Damage Claim – When submitting a Shipping Damage Claim, please include images of the product damage, packaging, and an image of the bottom of your item for identification purposes.
Warranty Claim – When submitting a Warranty Claim, please include an image of the product failure (if applicable) as well an image of the bottom of your product for identification purposes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no other warranties.

In no event shall we be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
