WARRANTY
ALPS Brands is proud of the products we market and we work hard to make them the best we possibly can. This allows us to warrant all of our products against defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product. The life of the product can vary based on its age and how you have used it. Items will be replaced at the discretion of ALPS Brands. If the identical product is not available, the most comparable product may be substituted or credit towards a different ALPS Brand's product may be offered. ALPS Trekking Poles and PVC Air Bed have a 1-year limited warranty.

Service under this warranty is provided to the original consumer purchaser with proof of purchase from an ALPS Brands authorized dealer. Gear purchased as used, as is, or from unauthorized 3rd party retailers is specifically not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses caused by any defect in the product.

We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alterations, misuse, or neglect. Storm and wind damage, burns, UV damage, and gear used for commercial use are specifically not covered. While we make our gear last as long as possible, eventually, gear will wear out. Colors will fade, holes and tears will appear, poles may bend or break, and zippers may stop holding together.
